nelgrave is every bit as greedy and evil as his master, Dawg. He carries out Dawg's dirty work with pleasure and enjoyment. He is perhaps the only man alive that Dawg trusts. He hates Morgan and her crew. Mr. Snelgrave is played by Paul Dillon.
