ohn Reed, a pirate
chronicler and frequent guest of the Morning Star is in
love with Morgan.
He has decided to make a deal with Governor Ainslee : A full pardon and
jobs as privateers for Morgan and her crew if Reed will betray her
whereabouts. Though he believes he is saving Morgan from a cruel lifestyle,
he may have unwittingly destroyed her chances for success at perhaps the
